Pan Fried Squid with Mayonnaise

Squid ... 1 large
Garlic ... 1 piece
Ponzu ... 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise ... suitable amount
Small Green Onion ... suitable amount
Pepper ... little
1. Cut the squid into pieces
2. Fry the garlic till turn golden color
3. Put the squid into the frying pan
4. Add Ponzu
5. Serve with mayonnaise , green onion and shichimi

Pan Fried Clams with Butter

Pan Fried Clams with Butter

Clams ... appropriate amount
Cabbage ... 1/4
Garlic ... 1 piece
Salt ... little
Pepper ... little
Butter ... 20g
Soy Sauce ... suitable amount
1. Cut the cabbage into pieces
2. Take off the skin of the garlic and cut off the heads then cut it into very small pieces
3. Fry the garlic with a flat frying pan
4. Add the cabbage into the pan and cook till the cabbage turn soft
5. Put the clams into the pan with some salt then cover it a lid
6. Take off the lid and add butter and soy sauce when all the clams are well cooked

Cheesy Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp ... 12
Powder Cheese ... 3 tablespoon
Olive Oil ... 2 tablespoon
Garlic ... little
Parsley ... suitable amount
1. Take off the shell of the shrimp
2. Take off the intestine
3. Open up the shrimp by cutting it half at the back
4. Slide cut the shrimp
5. Mix the powder cheese, Olive Oil, Garlic and parsley together
6. Paste the mixture onto the shrimp
7. Put it into the oven for 8~10 minutes

Pan Fried Squid with Cooking Rice Wine

Squid ... 1 large
Cabbage ... 1/4
Miso ... 1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce ... 1/2 tablespoon
Sake ... 1/2 tablespoon
Mirin ... 1 tablespoon
Pepper ... little
Salad oil ... little
1. Cut the cabbage into pieces
2. Take off the organs of the squid and cut it into pieces
3. Mix the Miso, soy sauce, sake and mirin together
4. Fry the squid with a flat pan
5. Mix the squid with the sauce
6. Cook the cabbage until it become soft
7. Add in the squid to the pan again
8. Serve with shichimi

Pan Fried Red Seabream

Pan Fried Red Seabream

Red Seabream x1
Onion x1/4
Garlic 1 piece
Almonds x4
Parsley + red pepper suitable amount
Fish sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Spicy oil 1 tablespoon
vinegar 1 tablespoon
1. Clear the Red seabream with water
2. Cut the onion
3. Add the vinegar and spicy oil into water and add the onion, leave it for 10 minutes
4. Cut the garlic, almonds and parsley into very small pieces
5. Cross cut the red seabream
6. Mix the onion, garlic, red pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar together
7. Fry the fish with a flat pan on both sides and cover with a lid for a while
8. Take off the lid and fry it for another 3~4 minutes
9. serve the red seabream with the sauce and parsley
