Melted Cheese ... Up to your preference
Miso ... 1 tablespoon
Sweet cooking rice wine ... 1 tablespoon
Sake ... 1 tablespoon
Sugar ... 1 teaspoon
1. Mix the Miso, sweet cooking rice wine, sake and sugar together
2. Cut the eggplant into slices
3. Fry the eggplant in a frying pan
4. Cover the frying pan to ensure the eggplant is fully cooked
5. When the eggplant is soft move it to a baking tray
6. Put the sauce and cheese on top
7. Put the eggplant in the oven
8. Bake it until the cheese melt

Fried Onion with Cheese

Onion ... 1
Garlic Salt ... little
Curry Powder ... Up to your preference
Soy Sauce ... little
Melted Cheese ... Up to your preference
Salad Oil ... little
1. Slice the onion into round pieces
2. Put some salad oil into the frying pan and fry the onion
3. Flip the onion when it turns brown
4. Put some garlic salt, curry powder and melted cheese on the onion then cover up the pan
5. Remove the lid when the cheese has melted and put some soy sauce on top of the onion

Chinese yam(cinnamon-vine)... 250g
Sweet Corn ... 60g
Wheat flour ... 1 tablespoon
1. Peel the Chinese yam skin off
2. Grind the Chinese yam (leave some)
3. Cut the left over into pieces
4. Mix the Chinese yam with sweet corn and wheat flour
5. Put it into frying pan to fry
6. Flip over when one side turns brown

Cheesy Kimchi Dumpling

Dumpling Wrappers ... 10
Chinese cabbage kimchi ... 100g
Melted Cheese ... 2 tablespoon
Korea seaweed ... 1 Pack
1. Mix the kimchi, cheese and seaweed in a big bowl
2. Place some of the mixture in the middle of a dumpling wrapper
3. remember to enough space at the edge
4. drip some water at the edge
5. Cover it with another dumpling wrapper
6. Seal the dumpling by pressing the edge
7. Put them on a frying pan to fry until both side become golden colour
