1. Cut the cake into very thin slices

2. Take a scoop of ice cream

3. Cover up the ice cream with 6 slices of cake to form a cube shape

4. wrap it up with plastic wrap

5. Put it in freezer for 3 hours

6. Mix the tempura powder with water according to portion stated on the packaging

7. dip the ice cream cake into the mixture
8
8. Put it into a deep fry pan with oil temperature of 180C for 10 second
