Ingredients

1 package of rice lasagna noodles that don't need to be pre-cooked

1 Large jar of Marinara Sauce

1 box of Beyond Meat Crumbles (from freezer section)

1 batch of creamy Béchamel Sauce (recipe below)

1 bag of Mozarella Daiya cheese

Fresh basil to decorate when cooked

Béchamel Sauce:

2/3 cup cashews, soaked for 5 hours and rinsed

1 cup of almond milk

2 cloves of garlic

¼ cup nutritional yeast (if available)

½ lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon salt
Description

1. first we make the Béchamel sauce

2. We add all the ingredients into the blender to blend
3
3. Put a small layer of Marinara Sauce into the baking tray
4
4. then cover it lasagna noodles
5
5. add some Beyond Meat Crumbles and Mozarella cheese on top
6
6. Pour the blended sauce into the tray

7. Cover it with sliced cucumber
8
8. Repeat the above process until you fill up the tray

9. Now you are ready for baking

10. Once it's done, you can add some basil on top for decoration
