1. Boil the chicken breast and chop into even pieces (1-3cm)

2. Chop the onion into even sizes

4. Prepare rice which has been cooked the night before (prevents sticking)

Heat up the wok with cooking oil

5. Pour the excess oil out

6. Put in some butter on the wok and when it melts

7. Add the chopped onion, mushroom, bacon and chicken breast

Season with salt and pepper

8. Add 1 teaspoon of chicken stock and 1 cup of water

9. Add the rice and keep frying

10. When the color of the rice changes , add some tomato sauce and fry agin
