Fish sauce 1/2 tablespoon

Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

Sugar 1 teaspoon

Spicy oil 1 tablespoon

1. Clear the Red seabream with water

2. Cut the onion

3. Add the vinegar and spicy oil into water and add the onion, leave it for 10 minutes

4. Cut the garlic, almonds and parsley into very small pieces

5. Cross cut the red seabream

6. Mix the onion, garlic, red pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar together

7. Fry the fish with a flat pan on both sides and cover with a lid for a while
