Ingredients

Onigiri(rice ball) ... 6

Soy Sauce ... appropriate amount

Cooking Rice Wine ... appropriate amount

1. Heat up the barbecue net and use kitchen paper to soak in cooking oil then slightly spread it over the net (to avoid rice ball sticks to the net)

2. Place rice balls on top of the barbecue net, make sure the rice ball do not collapse by holding them tight while making them

3. Grill until the outer layer turns brown in color then flip it and do the same to the other side

4. Now we are going to make our sauce by mixing soy sauce and cooking rice wine (adjust the amount according to your preference)

5. Dip the rice balls into our sauce and further grill them

6. Do the same to the other side then we are done!
