Ingredients

Chicken Wing ... 6 pieces

Fish sauce ... 1 tablespoon

Garlic ... appropriate amount

1. Place all chicken wings into a freezer bag

2. Add in 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and some chopped garlic

3. Give it a gentle massage

4. Close the bag and leave the chicken wings in the fridge for half a day

5. Cover the oven plate with baking paper

6. Place the chicken wings on the oven plate ( the skins of chicken wings should face top)

7. Preheat the oven with 200 Celsius and leave the wings in the oven for around 20 to 30 minutes

It depends on how well grilled you want your chicken wings to be, you can always adjust the timing

8. Take the chicken wings out from the oven and serve with a plate, finish off by adding a hint of lemon juice on top
